The site features two levels of secure, covered parking beneath the building providing 212 spaces, complemented by an adjacent surface lot offering an additional 29 spaces. Please note that this is private facility parking typically reserved for building tenants and employees; it is not operated as a public transient parking garage.
Access, Dimensions & Clearance
The facility is designed for standard passenger vehicles. As a private underground structure, access is restricted, and clearance heights are consistent with standard modern office building specifications. The location provides highly convenient, direct access to the I-35, I-670, and I-70 interchanges, making it an efficient point of entry for commuters working in the Quality Hill district.
Parking Rates, Tariffs & Booking
There is no public hourly or daily rate structure available for this location as it is not a commercial public parking operation. Individuals seeking parking in the vicinity should utilize municipal garages or authorized commercial parking lots within the Downtown Kansas City and Power & Light District areas.
Security & Amenities
The facility includes controlled-access, covered subterranean parking, which offers protection from the elements. As an integrated part of a Class A corporate headquarters, the parking area benefits from the building's overall site security measures.
