Facility Overview

The 1501 M Street NW Garage is a clean, secure, multi-level subterranean parking facility operated by Atlantic Parking. Centrally positioned at the lively junction of 15th Street NW and M Street NW, this garage serves as a premier parking hub bridging the bustling Downtown DC business district, Thomas Circle, and the Logan Circle neighborhood. The underground layout provides full protection from seasonal weather, featuring designated bays, well-lit driving lanes, and pedestrian elevator access up to street level. Because this is a subterranean structure with a standard urban clearance limit (approximately 6\'4\" to 6\'6\"), it is ideally suited for compact vehicles, sedans, crossovers, and standard SUVs; high-roof work vans, commercial trucks, and vehicles with rooftop carriers should utilize nearby open-air surface lots.
