About this Location

Facility Overview

2220 Broadway Parking is a conveniently positioned open-air surface parking lot situated in Denver\'s historic Five Points and vibrant Ballpark neighborhood. Located along the diagonal thoroughfare of Broadway near 22nd and 23rd Streets, this facility provides seamless, grade-level vehicle access right on the fringe of Downtown Denver. Because it is a flat, open-air lot, there are no restrictive ceiling beams or low overhead clearance heights, making it an exceptional choice not only for standard sedans and sports coupes, but also for full-size pickup trucks, large SUVs, and roof-rack-equipped vehicles that often encounter height restrictions in downtown parking garages.
