Facility Overview
The 737 S Flower St Parking facility is strategically positioned in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA). This location primarily serves the dense urban professional and visitor demographic of the Financial District. The facility is a multi-level structure that provides secure, off-street parking options. It is well-suited for standard passenger cars, mid-size SUVs, and sedans. Drivers with oversized vehicles, such as high-roof vans or heavy-duty lifted pickup trucks, should exercise caution as vertical clearance is typical of standard urban parking garages; it is recommended to verify specific height restrictions at the entrance signage before entry.

Visitor & Driver Tips
For the best experience, we recommend using a mobile parking app to pre-book your space, especially during large-scale events at L.A. Live, as rates can surge and capacity can reach its limit quickly. Plan to arrive at least 45 minutes before the start of any major event to avoid traffic congestion on Flower Street. Always keep your digital or physical parking ticket accessible for a smooth exit experience during peak departure times.
