About this Location

Facility Overview

The parking facility located at 7835 North Point Boulevard serves primarily as a surface lot associated with the Vivo Apartments and the surrounding business corridor in Winston-Salem, NC. This site is designed for residential and visitor access, providing a standard, open-air parking environment suitable for passenger vehicles. It is not an RV park or specialized heavy-vehicle storage facility.

Access and Navigation

The lot offers straightforward surface-level access from North Point Boulevard. Navigation is generally convenient for standard commuter vehicles, with typical surface lot layouts that do not feature complex height restrictions or restrictive overhead clearances. Drivers should remain mindful of standard residential parking traffic and pedestrian activity within the apartment complex grounds.

Rates and Booking

Parking at this location is largely managed as private property for residents and guests of the Vivo Apartments. There is no public hourly or daily rate structure for transient public parking at this specific address. Visitors are encouraged to contact the management office directly to inquire about temporary parking permissions or guest permit requirements.

Security and Amenities

The lot benefits from the security features inherent to the adjacent apartment community, which may include on-site building lighting and residential surveillance. The facility is well-lit for evening access, though it lacks specialized automated pay stations or digital reservation platforms typically found in public parking garages.

Strategic Alternatives

While this lot primarily serves the immediate 7835 North Point Boulevard development, visitors seeking alternative public parking in the broader Winston-Salem area may consider downtown parking decks or designated surface lots near major landmarks like the Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, which provide clearly marked public parking options for transient visitors.
