Facility Overview
The LaSalle at 10th Ramp, located at 915 LaSalle Ave, is a prominent subterranean parking facility in downtown Minneapolis. Situated beneath the Target retail store, this garage offers a total of 589 parking spaces. The facility is split between reserved parking for Target guests on the upper levels and dedicated public parking on the lower levels, making it a highly convenient option for those visiting local downtown retail, dining, and business districts.
Access and Navigation
As a subterranean garage, this facility is designed primarily for standard passenger vehicles. Drivers should be mindful of standard garage height clearances typical of underground city structures. Navigation within the ramp is straightforward, though it is recommended to follow signage carefully to distinguish between the reserved retail parking and public-access sections.
Parking Rates and Operations
Managed by ABM Parking, the facility provides professional, structured parking for the downtown area. While rates vary based on demand and specific event schedules in Minneapolis, users are encouraged to utilize ParkABM or ParkChirp platforms to check current, real-time pricing and availability before arrival. Payment methods are generally digital, consistent with modern downtown parking standards.
Security and Amenities
The garage benefits from being part of a larger commercial building complex, which typically includes high-standard maintenance and regular monitoring. As an indoor facility, vehicles are protected from the harsh Minnesota weather, providing a significant advantage during winter months compared to surface lots.
Strategic Alternatives
This location serves as a premier parking choice for commuters and visitors heading to the Minneapolis central business district. Its proximity to major transit routes and key downtown landmarks makes it a superior alternative to limited street parking and provides a weather-protected, secure environment for vehicles of all types.
