Facility Overview
Big SNOW Parking A is a primary parking facility integrated into the American Dream complex in East Rutherford, NJ. Designed to serve both visitors to the Big SNOW indoor ski resort and the broader American Dream retail and entertainment destination, this parking area provides convenient access for standard passenger vehicles. Its location makes it a strategic choice for guests looking for centralized access to the complex.
Access and Navigation
The facility is easily accessible via the major highway infrastructure of Route 3 and NJ-120. As part of the American Dream parking network, the site is designed to accommodate high volumes of traffic with clear signage directing visitors to the nearest deck. Navigational ease is a priority, and guests are encouraged to follow local traffic signage upon entering the American Dream Way campus.
Parking Rates and Tariffs
Parking rates at American Dream are subject to standard operation guidelines, typically involving a fee for extended stays. Visitors should note the following:
- Standard daily rates apply for general parking.
- Big SNOW guests may be eligible for validation or discounted rates during specific events, such as NFL Gamedays, where rates can be reduced significantly by presenting a parking ticket at designated validation points.
- Payment is typically processed via automated systems; guests are encouraged to keep their parking tickets to facilitate validation.
Strategic Alternatives
Beyond its utility for Big SNOW, this parking area serves as an essential hub for visitors attending events at the nearby MetLife Stadium. Located within a approximately 12-minute walk to the stadium entrance, it acts as a reliable overflow and primary parking alternative for event-goers, offering a covered or structured environment compared to open-air stadium lots.
