Facility Overview

Blue Run Trailer Parking, located on St Lawrence Dr in Dunnellon, FL, serves as a specialized storage and parking area primarily catering to trailers, boats, and recreational vehicles. Due to its location near the scenic Rainbow River and Blue Run Park, this facility is frequently utilized by visitors and local residents who require secure, oversized vehicle storage solutions that are not suitable for standard passenger vehicle garages.

Access and Navigation

The facility is designed for easy navigation of larger trailers and tow vehicles. Access is provided via St Lawrence Dr, featuring broad entrance points to accommodate longer vehicle combinations. Users should exercise caution when approaching, as the area is situated in a recreational zone with potential for increased traffic during peak seasonal weekends.

Parking and Amenities

The lot provides open-air storage designed to accommodate various trailer lengths. While it focuses on functional, long-term or seasonal storage, visitors are advised that the facility is an uncovered lot. Please note that there are no onsite automated payment kiosks; arrangements for parking slots are typically managed via private coordination with property management.

Security and Strategic Location

The location offers a strategic advantage for those heading to the nearby boat ramps and public river access points. While specific amenity details like CCTV coverage should be verified with the owner, the lot maintains a quiet, industrial-adjacent setting suitable for leaving recreational equipment while enjoying the local water sports and outdoor activities.
