Facility Overview

Located at 816 Wilshire Blvd, the Figueroa Tower parking facility serves as a vital hub within the bustling Financial District of Downtown Los Angeles. This multi-level structure provides a secure, enclosed parking environment that protects vehicles from the elements. The facility is well-suited for standard passenger sedans, coupes, and mid-size SUVs. Due to the nature of dense downtown urban structures, drivers of lifted trucks, full-size cargo vans, or vehicles exceeding a standard height clearance of approximately 6\'6\\\" are advised to exercise caution and consult with on-site management prior to entry.

Visitor & Driver Tips

To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend using a navigation app to track real-time traffic conditions before departing. If you are visiting during a high-profile event, such as a major concert or playoff game, booking your spot in advance is highly suggested to avoid full-lot signage. Always keep your parking ticket in a secure location if using a paper-based system, or ensure your mobile payment app is fully synced with your vehicle information to expedite your exit.
