Facility Overview
Founders Lot, located at 651 Founders Ln in the heart of Murfreesboro, TN, is a primary open-air surface parking facility. Designed for high-volume accessibility, the lot offers a flat, asphalt-paved layout that is exceptionally user-friendly for all vehicle types. Due to its open-air configuration, there are no vertical clearance restrictions, making it an excellent choice for drivers of full-size SUVs, lifted pickup trucks, and vehicles with rooftop cargo carriers that would otherwise be excluded from traditional covered parking garages.

Visitor & Driver Tips
For the most seamless experience, we recommend arriving at least 20 minutes prior to any scheduled local events. While the lot is spacious, peak hours in the downtown district can lead to localized traffic. Ensure that your payment method is ready upon entry, and always park within the designated lines to help maximize the available capacity for fellow visitors. If you are using a GPS, input the exact address rather than a general area name to ensure the most accurate routing to the entrance.
