About this Location

Facility Overview

Located at 1035 Valley Dr in the heart of Hermosa Beach, California, this parking facility serves as a convenient surface lot for residents and visitors alike. Designed primarily for standard passenger vehicles, the lot provides an open-air environment which eliminates concerns regarding vertical clearance limits often found in structured garages. While the lot is well-suited for sedans, SUVs, and standard pickup trucks, drivers of high-roof vans or oversized commercial vehicles should exercise caution due to typical suburban lot geometry.

Prime Location & Nearby Attractions

The lot\'s location on Valley Drive places visitors within immediate reach of the vibrant Hermosa Beach district. Key highlights include:

Hermosa Beach Pier and the iconic Strand beach path: Located just a short 5-10 minute walk away.
Pier Avenue: The main hub for boutique shopping, nightlife, and world-class dining.
Greenbelt Park: Directly adjacent to the facility, offering a scenic walking trail that spans the city.
Proximity to local cultural staples and popular weekend brunch spots.

Access, Navigation & Transit Connectivity
