Facility Overview
Located at 45-45 Center Blvd in Long Island City, this Icon Parking facility (also known as Quik Park) serves as a primary parking destination in the heart of the Queens waterfront. With a robust capacity of approximately 1,000 spaces, this garage is well-equipped to handle the high parking demand generated by local residents and visitors to the nearby Gantry Plaza State Park.
Access and Navigation
The facility is designed for standard passenger vehicles. As with many large-scale structured parking garages in New York City, motorists should be prepared for standard clearance height restrictions typical of commercial underground or podium-style structures. The layout is optimized for high-volume traffic, ensuring efficient entry and exit flow even during peak hours.
Parking Rates and Operations
While dynamic pricing is common for Icon Parking locations throughout the city, customers are encouraged to leverage the official Icon Parking online platforms for pre-booking, which often secures a lower rate compared to drive-up tariffs. The facility supports modern payment methods, including major credit cards and mobile payment systems associated with the Icon Parking network.
Security and Amenities
- Well-lit parking environment for increased safety.
- Professional on-site garage management.
