Overview & Suitability
Jersey Walk is a residential apartment community located at 906 Lafayette St, Elizabeth, NJ. While the property features an on-site parking garage, this facility is primarily intended for residents of the Jersey Walk apartment complex rather than as a public parking garage. It is not a municipal parking facility and does not offer hourly or daily parking for the general public or transit commuters.
Access & Navigation
As a private residential facility, the garage is strictly restricted to authorized residents. It is not accessible to the public, and there is no clearance or transit information available for non-residents.
Parking Rates & Booking
There are no public parking rates, booking systems, or hourly/daily tariffs for this location. Those seeking parking in the vicinity of the Elizabeth NJ Transit station or downtown Elizabeth are advised to utilize municipal facilities managed by the Elizabeth Parking Authority, such as the J. Christian Bollwage Parking Garage (Lot #1) or the Midtown Garage (Lot #5).
Security & Amenities
The facility provides controlled, secure access specifically for the building's residents. Amenities within the residential complex include a fitness center, pool, and pet spa, which are integrated with the private parking garage structure.
Strategic Alternative
For visitors and commuters, the City of Elizabeth operates several public parking garages that serve as professional alternatives, including:
- J. Christian Bollwage Parking Garage (Lot #1) – Convenient for downtown and city events.
- Midtown Parking Garage (Lot #5) – Ideal for commuters using the NJ Transit train station.
- Parking Garage #6 – Often used for jury duty and local theater events.
