Facility Overview

Joe\'s Auto Parks, located at 1601 S Figueroa St, is a premier surface parking lot situated in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. As an open-air facility, this lot provides an excellent alternative to cramped underground garages, offering expansive space that easily accommodates standard passenger cars, full-size SUVs, and pickup trucks. Because it is a surface-level lot, there are no vertical clearance restrictions, making it an ideal choice for vehicles with roof racks or slightly taller profiles that might struggle in traditional subterranean structures.

Prime Location & Nearby Attractions

This location serves as a strategic hub for those visiting Los Angeles\'s primary entertainment district. Situated just blocks from the action, guests can easily access:

• Crypto.com Arena (approx. 5-7 minute walk)
• Los Angeles Convention Center (approx. 5 minute walk)
• Peacock Theater (formerly Microsoft Theater)
• L.A. LIVE entertainment complex

Whether you are attending a Lakers game, a major trade show at the Convention Center, or a concert at the Peacock Theater, this lot places you within immediate reach of the city\'s most vibrant cultural spots while avoiding the gridlock of immediate venue-adjacent parking.

Access, Navigation & Transit Connectivity

The lot features high-visibility ingress and egress points directly off S Figueroa St, one of the main arteries through Downtown LA. Drivers should note that traffic can become heavy during event exit times, but the location’s proximity to the I-110 (Harbor Freeway) offers rapid highway access for a quick getaway. For those utilizing public transit, the location is well-served by multiple Metro bus lines and is within reasonable walking distance of the Metro E Line (Expo Line) stations.

Visitor & Driver Tips

For the best experience, we strongly recommend pre-booking your parking online to secure a fixed rate and guarantee a space during high-attendance concert or game days. Be mindful of event-day pricing, which may fluctuate compared to standard rates. Upon arrival, ensure your booking confirmation is ready, and try to arrive at least 45 minutes before major events to navigate potential pre-event traffic congestion effectively.
