About this Location

Facility Overview

Serving the vibrant Flatbush and Ditmas Park neighborhoods of Brooklyn, the Kings Theatre parking facility at 800 Flatbush Avenue offers safe, accessible off-street vehicle storage in an area notorious for tight curbside spaces. Operating as a structured commercial parking garage facility, it provides sheltered, paved spaces shielded from the outdoor elements. The facility accommodates standard passenger sedans, crossovers, mid-size SUVs, and standard minivans with ease. Given typical commercial garage overhead clearance limits (usually hovering between 6\'2\" and 6\'8\"), drivers operating lifted trucks, commercial conversion vans, or vehicles with roof racks and cargo boxes should confirm overhead height clearances at the ramp entrance before entry.

Visitor & Driver Tips

For high-profile shows at Kings Theatre, parking spaces in Flatbush fill up well before showtime; reserving a space in advance through mobile parking apps is strongly advised. Plan to arrive at least 45 to 60 minutes prior to showtime to bypass Flatbush Avenue traffic bottlenecks and ensure swift check-in. If driving a larger sport-utility vehicle or pickup, note that standard NYC oversize vehicle fees may apply at the counter upon departure.
