The facility is designed to accommodate standard passenger vehicles, offering a convenient hub for those accessing nearby shops, restaurants, and downtown attractions.
Access, Dimensions and Clearance
Situated in the heart of St. Petersburg, this facility is easily accessible via 2nd Avenue NE. Drivers are advised to navigate with standard urban awareness, as the area experiences high pedestrian traffic. While it is a primary parking structure, motorists should always observe height clearance signs at the entrance, as is standard with enclosed parking garages in the area.
Parking Rates, Tariffs and Booking
Parking rates are subject to change based on demand and specific event schedules in downtown St. Petersburg. Visitors are encouraged to utilize local parking apps or signage at the entry for real-time pricing. The facility typically supports modern payment methods; however, it is recommended to have a payment card ready for frictionless entry and exit at the automated pay stations.
Security and Amenities
As a managed facility, LAZ Parking maintains a commitment to service and reliability. The structure provides an off-street parking environment, which offers enhanced protection from the elements compared to street-side alternatives. The location benefits from its proximity to major downtown pedestrian thoroughfares, ensuring that patrons are never far from their final destination.
