This site, which formerly served as a primary parking hub for the Kansas City Convention Center, is currently closed for demolition and reconstruction. It is not currently operational for public vehicle parking.

While the former facility provided standard passenger vehicle parking with a clearance of 8 feet 2 inches on the first level and 6 feet 6 inches on upper levels, these access points are now inactive due to the ongoing construction of a new, modernized venue and parking structure.

There are no active parking rates or booking services for this specific address at this time. Visitors are strongly advised to seek alternative parking options within the downtown Kansas City Convention District, such as the nearby Arts District Garage or other city-managed facilities.
Security & Amenities
The site is currently an active construction zone. Standard garage amenities such as CCTV, lighting, and elevator access to the Marriott are not available at this location until the redevelopment project is completed.
