Facility Overview
Lot C is an expansive, open-air surface parking facility situated on the East Peoria Campus of Illinois Central College (ICC) in East Peoria, Illinois. Designed primarily to serve collegiate traffic, academic faculty, students, and event attendees, the facility features a modern paved asphalt layout with generous driving aisles and standard-width parking bays. Because Lot C is an open-air surface lot without an overhead deck or height restrictors, it offers unrestricted vertical clearance. This makes it exceptionally accommodating for high-profile vehicles, including full-sized pickup trucks, sport utility vehicles, cargo vans, and campus shuttle vehicles, alongside standard passenger sedans and hatchbacks.

Visitor & Driver Tips
Lot C experiences its highest turnover and peak vehicle occupancy during weekday mornings between 8:30 AM and 11:30 AM during active collegiate semesters. Drivers visiting for classes or morning meetings should plan an extra 10 minutes to locate a spot and walk to their respective hall. During scheduled theater performances at the Performing Arts Center or CougarPlex athletic matchups, early arrival ensures parking closer to the front pedestrian gates. Always observe posted campus parking regulations, permit designated zones, and speed limits enforced along College Drive.
