Facility Overview
Lot Z in Jacksonville, Florida, is a strategically positioned, open-air surface parking facility located in the heart of the downtown sports and entertainment district. As a flat, grade-level lot, it provides excellent accessibility for a wide range of vehicles. Drivers of standard passenger cars, full-size SUVs, and pickup trucks will find the layout intuitive and maneuverable. Because it is an open-air surface lot, there are no vertical clearance restrictions, making it an ideal choice for lifted trucks, high-roof vans, or vehicles with roof-mounted cargo equipment that typically struggle in traditional parking garages.

Visitor & Driver Tips
For the best experience, drivers are encouraged to arrive at least 90 minutes before high-attendance events to avoid surge traffic. We highly recommend pre-booking your spot online through official parking portals or authorized apps to guarantee entry, as capacity can fill up rapidly during sold-out games or concerts. Ensure your GPS is set specifically for the street address, and keep a digital or physical copy of your parking pass ready to expedite entry. Always note your row or zone before leaving your vehicle to ensure a smooth return at the end of the event.
