Visitor & Driver Tips

Due to its premier location adjacent to Busch Stadium and Ballpark Village, this lot experiences significant surge demand and higher flat-rate event tariffs during Cardinals home games, playoff series, and major downtown festivals. Drivers attending events are strongly advised to arrive 45 to 60 minutes prior to first pitch or event start times to ensure spot availability and avoid downtown street closures. First-time users of Metropolis parking can register their vehicle license plate ahead of time for a frictionless, ticketless drive-in and drive-out experience.
