Overview & Suitability
The address at 3595 Canton Rd ste 116-233, Marietta, GA 30066 serves as the official corporate mailing address and headquarters for Midtown Parking Services (MPS). It is situated within a local commercial plaza (utilizing a private mailbox at a UPS Store), meaning there is no physical public parking lot or garage open for vehicle storage directly at this location. Established in 2008, Midtown Parking Services is a prominent parking management firm in the Atlanta metro area, operating valet parking, event services, and self-parking across more than 20 external sites in the region. Standard passenger cars, RVs, and commercial vehicles cannot park at this Canton Road administrative address.
Access, Dimensions & Clearance
As this address represents a corporate mail drop-off and administrative suite rather than an active parking facility, there are no vehicle height clearances, turning radius constraints, or entry gate dimensions to navigate. Visitors attempting to park here will only find the standard, open-access parking spaces of the retail strip mall on Canton Road, which are intended strictly for short-term customers of the local businesses.
Parking Rates, Tariffs & Booking
Because no active public parking lot exists on-site, there are no hourly, daily, or overnight parking tariffs associated with this address. For those looking to contract Midtown Parking Services for their properties or events across Metro Atlanta, the company offers tailored quotes. They provide self-parking management, valet programs, and monthly parking solutions at their managed venues. At their operational sites around Atlanta, payments are typically facilitated through mobile applications like ParkMobile or on-site cashiers.
Security & Amenities
No parking amenities or dedicated security features (such as security guards, gated barriers, or EV charging) are present here, given its administrative nature. However, for the venues actually managed by Midtown Parking Services throughout Atlanta, the company utilizes trained attendants, regular site maintenance, ice-melt services during winter, and professional management to ensure safety and quality.
Strategic Alternative
While this administrative office cannot be used for parking, drivers looking for actual parking options in the city of Marietta can utilize several municipal and county facilities. The City Hall Parking Deck (205 Lawrence Street) offers free parking on weekends and weekday evenings, and the Cobb County Parking Deck provides public parking options near Marietta Square. For events or venues in Midtown Atlanta managed by MPS, drivers should consult their specific event venue for designated valet or self-park details.
