Visitor & Driver Tips

Pre-Book Your Spot: In this high-demand district, we strongly recommend using a mobile app to reserve your space in advance to guarantee entry and secure the best rates.
Event Surge Awareness: During major events at Madison Square Garden or nearby theaters, expect higher traffic volumes; aim to arrive at least 30-45 minutes earlier than you anticipate.
Check Vehicle Dimensions: Because this is a dense urban garage, strictly adhere to stated height limits; check your vehicle's height, especially if you have aftermarket modifications.
GPS Guidance: Use precise cross-street navigation (e.g., 41st or 42nd Street between 10th Avenue and Dyer) as the proximity to the Lincoln Tunnel can create complex, one-way traffic patterns.
