Premium Parking - P2901 is a centrally located surface parking facility in the heart of downtown Tampa, Florida. This lot is designed primarily for standard passenger vehicles, commuters, and visitors looking for convenient access to nearby downtown amenities. It is not an RV park or campground; therefore, oversized vehicles like motorhomes or trailers are generally not accommodated.

Access, Dimensions & Clearance

As an open-air surface lot, there are no height clearance restrictions, making it an excellent choice for vehicles that exceed the height limits of standard parking garages. The lot offers straightforward surface-level access from N Florida Ave, providing high walkability for those working in or visiting the downtown district.

Parking Rates, Tariffs & Booking

Premium Parking emphasizes flexible, technology-driven payment solutions. Customers can pay on-site using CameraPay or TextPay, or secure a spot in advance through the official Premium Parking website or mobile app. The facility offers various tariff structures, including hourly, daily, and monthly options for residents and commuters. Prices are subject to dynamic changes based on demand and local events.

Security & Amenities

The facility is managed by Premium Parking, featuring modern, cashless payment technology. While it is an outdoor lot, its prime urban location ensures it is well-positioned for those seeking monitored or frequently accessed areas. The system is designed for ease of use, eliminating the need for paper tickets or dashboard displays.
