About this Location

Facility Overview

Prndl Parking is an open-air surface parking facility strategically situated at 1120 S Harrison Road in East Lansing, Michigan. Situated right along the western corridor of Michigan State University (MSU), this parking lot provides accessible and reliable off-street parking for university commuters, eventgoers, and regional travelers. Because it operates as a flat, paved open-air lot with no overhead barriers or parking deck ceilings, it imposes no standard vertical clearance restrictions. This open layout makes it fully capable of accommodating standard passenger sedans, full-size pickup trucks, passenger vans, large SUVs, and even vehicles equipped with roof racks, cargo boxes, or bicycle carriers.

Prime Location & Nearby Attractions

The facility benefits from an unbeatable position near major collegiate sports arenas, transit terminals, and retail hubs:

Visitor & Driver Tips

During MSU football home games and headline Breslin Center events, traffic along South Harrison Road intensifies significantly. Drivers are advised to arrive at least 60 to 90 minutes before kickoff or tip-off to secure a space easily. Using the Trowbridge Road ramp to US-127 immediately upon leaving is the fastest strategy to bypass campus-bound gridlock. If reserving during major Spartan athletics weekends, make sure to display your digital parking confirmation as instructed on-site.
