Overview & Suitability
The location at 118 W Main St, Gallatin, TN, is the home of The Station, a historic, renovated workspace and venue for the Gallatin Area Chamber of Commerce. While the site features dedicated onsite parking for tenants and visitors of the office suites, it is not a general-purpose public parking facility. Visitors to downtown Gallatin are encouraged to utilize nearby public parking options to access local businesses and events.
Access, Dimensions & Clearance
The parking area at The Station is intended for members, guests, and official visitors of the facility. As this is a private office parking area, standard passenger vehicles can typically maneuver the lot easily. There is no publicly stated height clearance, as it is a standard surface parking environment.
Parking Rates, Tariffs & Booking
Parking at The Station is typically reserved for those conducting business at the facility. For general public visitors to downtown Gallatin, the city offers significantly more convenient and accessible free public parking alternatives within a short walk of the square, including a public parking garage and various surface lots. No hourly or daily fees are associated with the public parking infrastructure in downtown Gallatin.
Security & Amenities
The Station's parking area benefits from its secure location and 24/7 key-fob access for building tenants. While standard parking security such as lighting is present, the lot does not function as a public transit or commuter hub security zone.
Strategic Alternative
