Riggy’s Truck Parking, located in the prominent industrial corridor of Southeast Memphis, is a Class A, purpose-built outdoor storage and truck parking facility. Spanning over multiple paved concrete acres, the lot is specifically designed to accommodate heavy-duty vehicles, including tractor-trailers, semi-trucks, bobtails, and fleet logistics. The site features 220 spacious, demarcated tractor-trailer bays suitable for vehicles up to 75 feet in length. While it serves as an excellent staging and drop yard for logistics fleets, owner-operators, and 3PL companies, standard passenger car parking is restricted to drivers leaving their personal vehicles while on haul.
Access, Dimensions & Clearance
The facility provides 75-foot by 12-foot demarcated parking bays, ensuring ample clearance and maneuvering room for the largest rigs. Accessing the facility is seamless, featuring wide entryways that prevent tight-turn bottlenecks. Strategically located with direct access to major transit routes, drivers can easily reach Highway 78, Interstate 55 (I-55), I-69, I-240, and I-40. Entry is strictly managed through automated gates via the Truckbays app—eliminating the need for traditional clickers, keypads, or physical RFID badges.
Parking Rates, Tariffs & Booking
Riggy’s offers flexible parking options tailored for both short-term layovers and long-term staging. Bookings must be reserved and pre-paid through the Truckbays app. The pricing structures are as follows:
- Hourly: $5.00
- Daily: $25.00
- Monthly: $249.00
Please note that rates exclude standard service fees and sales tax. Cancellations for monthly reservations must be made before the first day of the upcoming billing cycle to avoid automated recurring charges. No refunds are permitted once a booking is confirmed.
