Offering approximately 570 parking spaces, this lot is a reliable choice for daily commuters, visitors, and those attending events in the area. It is exclusively a surface-level lot designed for standard passenger vehicles and small trucks.
Access & Navigation
Located at 800 N San Jacinto St, the site is highly accessible for downtown traffic. As a surface parking lot, it does not have the height clearance restrictions typically associated with parking garages, making it suitable for taller vehicles that fit within standard marked parking bays.
Parking Rates & Booking

It is recommended that parkers utilize local signage or mobile parking applications for real-time rate verification and payment processing upon arrival.
Convenience Features
The facility is prized for its large capacity and central location. It provides straightforward, no-frills parking with direct access to surrounding street-level destinations, eliminating the need for elevator use or navigating tight ramp structures.

This lot serves as an ideal parking hub for several major Houston landmarks:
- Minute Maid Park: An excellent alternative for baseball fans looking for convenient walkability to the stadium entrance.
- University of Houston-Downtown (UHD): A popular choice for students, faculty, and visitors needing proximity to the campus.
