About this Location

Facility Overview

Located at 405 Coronado Drive, this parking facility serves as a key access point in the heart of Clearwater Beach, Florida. Positioned within a high-traffic tourist and hospitality district, the site serves as a vital resource for visitors looking to enjoy the famous white sands and coastal attractions. While the area surrounding 405 Coronado Drive is currently undergoing significant development and transition, parking in this immediate vicinity typically consists of efficient, high-demand surface lots and nearby structured parking options. Vehicle suitability is generally tailored toward standard passenger vehicles, SUVs, and light trucks. Please note that due to the nature of beach-area parking in Clearwater, vertical clearance may be limited in surrounding covered garage structures, and large, over-height vehicles like commercial-grade high-roof vans or trailers may struggle to find accommodations in the immediate vicinity.

Visitor & Driver Tips

Clearwater Beach parking is notoriously high-demand. For the best experience, we strongly recommend arriving before 9:00 AM on weekends and holidays to guarantee a spot. Always utilize mobile parking applications like ParkMobile to manage your time and receive notifications before your session expires—this prevents the need to rush back to the meter. Finally, ensure your vehicle is parked well within the designated markings, as enforcement in the beach district is strict, and overtime stays are frequently ticketed.
