About this Location

Facility Overview

The SP+ Parking facility located at 47-63 Green Street in Newark, NJ, is a strategically positioned surface parking lot serving the heart of Newark\'s bustling downtown district. As an open-air facility, it provides exceptional ease of access for vehicles of varying sizes. Unlike restricted parking garages, this surface lot has no vertical clearance limitations, making it an ideal choice for oversized vehicles, including full-size pickup trucks, large SUVs, and passenger vans that might otherwise struggle with low-hanging concrete beams or restricted height ceilings in traditional parking decks.

Gateway Center and Downtown Business District: Perfect for professionals commuting to office buildings in the central business hub.
