About this Location

Facility Overview

The SP+ Parking facility located at 261 E Exchange St in Akron, Ohio, provides an open-air surface parking solution situated directly along the southern perimeter of The University of Akron campus. Because this facility is an outdoor, grade-level surface lot, it offers an advantage over multi-story parking garages by having no overhead height restrictions. This layout accommodates standard passenger sedans, compact crossovers, large pickup trucks, full-size SUVs, and commercial high-roof utility vans. Clear asphalt striping and straightforward driving lanes make navigation, turning, and parking manageable for vehicles of all sizes.
