About this Location

Overview & Suitability

Located at 11500 NW Prairie View Road, this facility operates as Park Air Express, a specialized off-airport parking provider serving Kansas City International Airport (MCI). The facility is designed primarily for travelers requiring long-term or short-term airport parking, offering professional services managed by SP+ Parking. It is suitable for standard passenger vehicles; travelers are encouraged to verify specific accommodations for oversized vehicles or RVs directly with the facility.

Access, Dimensions & Clearance

The facility provides a covered vehicle drop-off area to protect passengers from the elements during check-in. As a dedicated airport parking site, it is optimized for high-volume traffic with access located just off I-29 (Exit 112th Street). Navigational ease is supported by on-site staff and clear signage, ensuring a smooth transition from arrival to the terminal shuttle.

Parking Rates, Tariffs & Booking

Pricing is competitive with on-airport and other off-airport options. While rates are subject to change, the facility frequently offers various programs for frequent travelers and corporate accounts. Customers are encouraged to book in advance via the official website to secure space and take advantage of potential online discounts. Payment is typically streamlined through their check-in and checkout systems.

Security & Amenities

Park Air Express emphasizes convenience and security, offering the following amenities:

Complimentary 24/7 shuttle service to and from KCI terminals.
Luggage assistance provided by professional shuttle drivers.
24-hour operation to accommodate all flight schedules.
EV charging stations available for electric vehicle owners.
Complimentary perks such as coffee, bottled water, and newspapers.

Strategic Alternative

This location serves as a premier off-airport alternative to the primary terminal garages and economy lots at MCI. By choosing this facility, travelers often benefit from more personalized service—such as valet-style drop-off and luggage help—compared to standard self-park economy lots, making it an excellent choice for those seeking a stress-free start to their journey.
