Facility Overview
Located at 801 S Figueroa St, this facility serves the iconic 801 Tower in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. This multi-level, covered parking garage offers a secure, climate-protected environment for your vehicle, shielded from the California sun and city elements. The structure is specifically designed to accommodate standard passenger cars, sedans, and SUVs. Given the nature of a downtown high-rise parking structure, drivers should be mindful of standard vertical clearance heights; while perfectly suited for luxury vehicles and standard commuter cars, oversized or lifted commercial trucks and high-roof vans may face limitations.
Prime Location & Nearby Attractions
The facility is situated in a premier location for professionals and entertainment seekers alike. It sits within walking distance of some of Los Angeles\' most significant cultural and business landmarks:
- Crypto.com Arena: A short drive or brisk walk, making this an ideal spot for Lakers, Clippers, and Kings fans.
- Los Angeles Convention Center: Conveniently positioned for trade show delegates and conference attendees.
- Financial District: Within minutes of the city\'s major banking and corporate headquarters.
- The Bloc and 7th Street/Metro Center: Surrounded by upscale retail, premier dining, and vibrant nightlife options.
Access, Navigation & Transit Connectivity
The garage entrance is conveniently located on 8th Street, allowing for efficient navigation away from the busiest stretches of Figueroa. The facility benefits from its proximity to major transit hubs, including the 7th Street/Metro Center station, which connects riders to the A, B, D, and E lines. For those driving into the city, the garage provides relatively easy access to the I-110 and I-10 freeways, helping you bypass localized traffic congestion.

Visitor & Driver Tips
To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend booking your spot in advance through official platforms like ParkABM or ParkChirp to secure competitive rates, especially during high-attendance game days or concerts when local pricing may surge. We advise arriving at least 45 minutes prior to any major downtown event to account for traffic density. Always keep your digital or printed pass accessible for quick entry, and ensure your vehicle is parked within the designated stall lines to comply with garage safety protocols.
