Facility Overview
The Sudbury Plaza Parking Area is an expansive, open-air surface parking lot serving the Sudbury Plaza shopping center, prominently situated at 507 Boston Post Road (Route 20) in Sudbury, Massachusetts. The parking lot features a broad, single-level asphalt layout designed to accommodate high volumes of daily shoppers, local diners, and community visitors. Because it is completely open-air with no overhead barriers or height restrictions, the lot provides unlimited vertical clearance, making it effortlessly accessible for standard passenger sedans, full-size SUVs, pickup trucks, utility vans, and commercial service vehicles alike.
Prime Location & Nearby Attractions
Sudbury Plaza serves as one of the central retail and neighborhood service hubs in the Metrowest suburb of Sudbury. Drivers parking here enjoy direct, pedestrian-friendly access to a diverse mix of anchor retailers, local boutiques, wellness providers, and eateries, including:

Access, Navigation & Transit Connectivity
The lot is easily accessed via multiple signalized and curb-cut entrances directly along Boston Post Road (US Route 20), the primary east-west arterial connector between Marlborough to the west and Wayland/Waltham to the east. Traffic flows smoothly through dual-direction driving lanes flanked by standard angled and perpendicular parking bays. Commuters connecting to rail services can reach the South Acton or Concord MBTA Commuter Rail stations (Fitchburg Line) or the West Natick station (Framingham/Worcester Line) within a 15-to-20-minute drive. Visitor & Driver Tips
While the parking field offers substantial capacity, the spaces closest to the primary supermarket entrance fill quickly during weekend mid-mornings and evening commute hours (4:30 PM to 6:30 PM). To ensure an easy exit onto Route 20 during high-traffic intervals, motorists are encouraged to park slightly further out in the central or eastern bays where circulation is lighter and turning maneuvers are hassle-free. Note that parking is strictly reserved for plaza patrons and customers during business hours; unauthorized overnight vehicle staging or commuter park-and-ride use may be subject to towing.
