Conveniently located near the roundabout off North Sinclair Avenue and Main Street, the garage offers straightforward ingress and egress with clear directional signage. Inside, drivers will find passenger elevators, stairwells, and wide driving lanes that ensure easy navigation across all eight levels. While the first floor features slightly elevated clearances to accommodate accessible transport vans and designated handicap-accessible spaces, the upper tiers maintain standard multi-story heights (typically around 7 to 8 feet). Drivers of oversized or high-top vehicles should check clearance heights at the entry points prior to parking.

Parking Rates, Tariffs & Booking

One of the garage's premier advantages is that standard parking is 100% free. There are no entry gates, pay-on-foot stations, or online pre-booking requirements; visitors can simply drive in and park in any unreserved space. For electric vehicle drivers, the garage features Level 2 EV charging stations. While parking remains free, using the EV chargers may incur standard utility fees (such as $0.15 per kWh) managed via the EV Connect or NovaCharge apps.
