Facility Overview
United Valet Parking, located at 1010 Flower St in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA), offers a professional valet service catering to the high-traffic South Park district. As a surface-level valet-managed facility, this location provides a secure, organized alternative to street parking. Because it is an open-air lot, there are no vertical clearance restrictions, making it an excellent choice for drivers of full-size SUVs, pickup trucks, and larger passenger vehicles that might otherwise struggle in height-restricted underground garages.
Prime Location & Nearby Attractions
Situated within the vibrant South Park neighborhood, this lot is strategically positioned for those visiting LA\'s premier entertainment hubs. Within a short walking distance, visitors can access:
- Crypto.com Arena (formerly Staples Center) - approx. 10-minute walk
- Microsoft Theater and L.A. LIVE - approx. 10-minute walk
- Los Angeles Convention Center - approx. 15-minute walk
- Fashion District - located just a few blocks east
- A variety of world-class dining options and nightlife venues along Flower and Figueroa Streets.
Access, Navigation & Transit Connectivity
The facility is located on Flower Street, a major thoroughfare that allows for relatively straightforward access to the I-110 and I-10 freeways. During major events at Crypto.com Arena, Flower Street can experience significant congestion; however, the valet model allows for efficient drop-offs, saving drivers the stress of searching for self-park spots in a crowded urban environment. The site is also highly accessible via public transit, being within easy reach of the Metro A and E lines at the Pico Station.
