Facility Overview
Velocity Group - Lodi Car Rental, located at 117 Ave F, Lodi, NJ, operates primarily as a specialized car rental and fleet service hub rather than a general-purpose public parking facility. The site is situated in a localized industrial and commercial area of Lodi. Because this is a private rental depot, it does not function as a standard parking garage for the general public or event attendees. The layout is optimized for the staging, maintenance, and storage of a diverse rental fleet, including passenger sedans and SUVs. Due to its nature as a private commercial yard, it lacks the vertical clearance signage or open-access amenities associated with public parking garages.
Prime Location & Nearby Attractions
While the facility serves as a rental hub, its location in Lodi places it within a short driving distance of several regional highlights. Lodi itself is a commuter-friendly suburb with proximity to major North Jersey transit routes. Key nearby points of interest include Memorial Park for local recreation and easy access to the Bergen County region's broader amenities. For travelers, the location offers a strategic starting point for trips into New York City, as it is positioned within driving distance of the George Washington Bridge, making it a viable pickup spot for those heading toward Manhattan or the Meadowlands sports complex.
Access, Navigation & Transit Connectivity
The facility is located near major thoroughfares in Lodi, allowing for convenient access to regional highways including Route 46. Traffic flow in the immediate vicinity is typically stable, though visitors should remain mindful of local Lodi ordinances, which include strict parking regulations, such as the 1:00 A.M. to 5:00 A.M. residential parking permit requirements on many borough streets. Transit users typically rely on local bus connections or nearby train stations in adjacent towns to navigate the region, as this site is not a dedicated transit hub.
