Parking Rates, Tariffs & Booking

As a city-managed municipal lot, the Wells Street Lot offers highly affordable pay-on-arrival parking rates:

• Hourly Rate: $0.50 per hour.
• Time Limits: Public spaces are split between 4-hour and 10-hour limits. Please check local signage carefully.
• Free Parking: Parking is free all day on Sundays, on designated holidays, and after 5:00 PM Monday through Saturday.
