It is not intended for general public, patient, or visitor use.

The facility is a structured parking garage with restricted access for authorized personnel. Due to its status as an employee-only lot, it is not equipped to accommodate the general public or oversized vehicles like RVs and motorhomes. Motorists should note that public parking for the hospital is exclusively managed at the main campus via the Columbia Drive bridge entrance.

Parking Rates, Tariffs & Booking

As this is an employee-restricted facility, there are no public hourly or daily parking rates, nor are there options for public pre-booking or pay-on-arrival services. Unauthorized parking in this area may result in citations or towing.

Security & Amenities

The garage features controlled access via a gated entry system to ensure exclusive use for TGH staff. While it houses basic infrastructure, such as limited electric vehicle (EV) charging stations provided by Blink, these are strictly for private/restricted use and are not available to the public.

Strategic Alternative

If you are visiting Tampa General Hospital or the surrounding downtown Tampa area, this garage is not a viable option. For the hospital campus, visitors should utilize the official Visitor Parking Garage located at 1 Tampa General Circle, where parking is available for a flat fee with the first hour free. For downtown Tampa destinations, public facilities such as the Fort Brooke or Pam Iorio garages are recommended alternatives.
